You can reserve one of these rare parcels by submitting the attached reservation form and a $5,000 reservation fee. This fee will be held in escrow and is refundable or applicable to your purchase. You will be notified as soon as the plat and homeowners documents are recorded with Marion County and are ready for your inspection. At that time you will have two weeks to submit a contract.
